As we approach the Fall 2022 semester, your next step is to attend New Student Orientation! Orientation is your opportunity to meet and connect with your peers and to learn more about the importance of civic engagement and harnessing the power of your voice as a college student.
New Student Orientation (NSO) is more than just a single event – it’s a series of experiences throughout your freshman year of college. #HearMyVoice is our rally call and has been an orientation theme at NJCU for the last several years. NJCU understands the importance of having a voice, and there’s no louder voice than the voice of our students. Our goal is for you to emerge from our orientation experience a stronger student, a motivated advocate, and a more informed citizen.
This summer, NJCU is hosting three in-person orientation events for the Class of 2026.Orientation is mandatory for all students. Please register for one of the upcoming dates below.
