Elementary educators are increasingly challenged to strengthen numeracy outcomes while navigating limited resources, inconsistent access to technology, and the diverse needs of learners in STEM/STEAM classrooms. This interactive session equips K–5 educators with practical, accessible strategies for enhancing math instruction through digital manipulatives and math-based online games, without requiring costly materials or advanced technical expertise. Participants will explore the multi-use potential of virtual manipulatives from The Math Learning Center to support conceptual understanding, address material shortages in underserved schools and districts, and extend math learning beyond the classroom by empowering families to support students at home. In addition, educators will examine engaging math games such as 99 Math, Blooket, and Prodigy, including participation in a live 99 Math experience, to explore differentiated implementation strategies that reinforce numeracy proficiency while accommodating varied classroom structures and technology access. This session emphasizes flexible, developmentally appropriate tools that promote equitable access, student engagement, and strong foundational numeracy skills across kindergarten through fifth grade.
